If you love books, and you also are a pet lover then this events for you! Come out to the Belleville Public Library Saturday November 18th, between 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM  to meet a local author who's recently revealed a new book! "Unleashed" is a book about a dog park that's being taken over by the city. Shhh.... I don't want to spill all the details, so make sure you come out and get a copy of this book. Sally Barnes will also be signing, and reading out of her new book. Books will be $20 with some of the proceeds going towards the Quinte Humane Society.
