Bubbles (left) is a spayed female and Sidney (right) is a neutered male, both are 10-years-old. They are a bonded pair and rely on each other for support. They can be a bit shy at first, and right now they are a bit scared at the shelter as this is a big change for them. They are both very sweet cats that just need a bit of time to get to know you. Sidney and Bubbles would really like to find a new home where they can enjoy the company of their new family. Because they are seniors and a bit shy, their new home should be dog and child free. They would also prefer to be the only feline friends in the home. They like to be pet and will lean into you for more. Sidney particularly likes his head and chin scratched. Bubbles will need to be brushed frequently, as she seems to get matted on her back end. Sidney & Bubbles will need to be on a special urinary diet as they have had a urinary issue in the past. This is a preventative measure to keep them from getting crystals in their urine. Sidney & Bubbles will have a special adoption fee that will be discussed once an application for them has been submitted and approved.
Cat Adoption Fee includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.
The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop.
