Ash is a 6-year-old neutered male. He is a handsome brown tabby and is declawed on his front paws. Now that Ash has settled in, he is up for adoption. He was not very happy when he came in and has taken some time to settle into life here at the shelter. What we do know is that he would like a quiet and laid back home without children. He does not tolerate being picked up at all and would prefer a home that will leave him on all 4 feet. Ash does enjoy being pet though and especially likes cheek rubs. He seems to be stressed out by the kittens who live above him, but may be okay in a home with another adult cat who is relaxed and not too playful. Ash would do best in a home that did not have a dog, as most would be too high energy for him. If you have a laid back and relaxed home and have been looking for a new feline friend, come meet Ash!
Cat Adoption Fee of $140 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.
The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop.
