Meet Meg!

Our featured pet is....

Meg, Megan, Megaladon, whichever nickname you choose, this lovely almost 3-year-old Cane Corso mix is as sweet as pie! Surprisingly she's been waiting patiently for her forever family since May.

Meg is a very sweet girl, she is affectionate and gives kisses to show how much she loves you.

Meg lacks confidence and we hope her new family will help her to feel more comfortable with her surroundings. She is playful and gets along well with calm, and friendly dogs. Meg is a very silly gal, when she’s excited she often is overtaken by the zoomies. Some of her favorite toys are rope toys, and she would gladly play all day. Meg has been working on perfecting her leash skills and can’t wait to show you what a good girl she is. Despite her large and in charge size, Meg can be a bit of a scaredy-cat (don’t tell her I said that) new situations, and too much hustle and bustle can be overwhelming and send Meg into flight mode. Her new home must have a fenced backyard, and a family willing to work with her and continue to build her confidence. Someone to show her the world isn’t so scary after all.

 

We feel Meg would be best suited to an adult-only home, or a home with children who are 12 or older.

She is big, bold, and beautiful, and sometimes doesn’t recognize her own size. Meg is patiently waiting for her true love to walk through the door and see firsthand what a GOOD GIRL she is.

Meg is spayed, and up to date on her vaccinations and deworming. Her adoption fee will include extras from our Community Partners!

Meg hasn’t been cat tested but this can be arranged with an approved adoption application.
