Meet Bear!  Bear is currently living the high life out in our cattery, as he is a great lover of the outdoors.  Usually we always recommend that cats stay safe inside, however, Bear has been accustomed to the indoor/outdoor life his entire existence and is happier being able to come and go.  Bear would make a lovely addition to a barn/farm life as well!  He is a curious and interested boy, always following staff around helping them sweep and mop the cattery.  He is a terrific supervisor of operations out there!  He lived in a colony and gets along with the other cats he is with.  He is actually quite the entertaining character waiting for the girls in the morning and talking up a storm when they are out there. As friendly as he is with all four feet planted on the ground he does not like to be picked up and is just starting to decide that the odd head butt to your hand is nice. Our little black Bear just needs a home that respects this, as we are sure you will enjoy this little shadow following you around and that he is going to come to love being petted!   If you are interested in this special addition to your home, come meet Bear at the shelter, 527 Avonlough Road, Belleville.

Cat Adoption fee of $140 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.

Items needed: Treat balls (the ones that dispense treats when played with), Canadian Tire Money, Clorox bleach, small cat scratch boxes (that would fit into our cages) & cat treats.
