Bernice is a 1 and a half year old female. She is blue and white. Bernice came to QHS as part of a northern transfer with her kitten. When she first arrived, she was very scared and timid. It has taken her some time to come around but she absolutely loves people now! She really enjoys being pet but prefers not to be picked up. In her forever home, she may hide and need patience to come around to a new environment. She loves her wet food and would do okay with another kitty in the home. She would prefer a home with no dogs or young children as she is easily stressed by loud noises. She would love to find a quiet forever home where she can be loved to pieces! Cat Adoption fee of $140 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet. The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart, Bestie’s Pet Spa & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop.
