Tune into CJBQ 800 AM to listen live on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:25 AM for Featured Pets and other great information about QHS proudly sponsored by CJBQ, the station that cares about community!
Bob Cat is a handsome 3-year-old Brown Tabby that came into our care as a stray and was not claimed. He is large boy with beautiful tabby markings. He is independent but does love attention from staff. Bob Cat will need a patience home that will allow him to warm up as he is shy with strangers. Once he has settled this big boy loves to be cuddled and doesn’t mind being picked up. The way to Bob Cats heart is food and catnip. He spends the majority of his day lounging and would love a home with a window and cat tree where he can lay and watch the world outside. He would also do well with access to an outside catio. Bob Cat does have a sensitive stomach and would require a slow feeder at meal times. He is not suitable for a home with young kids or dogs.
This sweet boy is not suitable for a home with other cats, unless they are also FIV positive. An FIV diagnosis means he will need a vet visit every year to ensure he stays healthy. He is looking for a home dedicated to ensuring he lives out the remainder of his life as healthy as possible. FIV cats can live long and happy lives, please don't let his diagnosis deter you from considering him as a forever friend.
