Tune into CJBQ 800 AM to listen live on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:25 AM for Featured Pets and other great information about QHS proudly sponsored by CJBQ, the station that cares about community!
Captain is a 4-year-old neutered male. He came in to us as a stray. Captain has settled in nicely at the shelter. He is a friendly boy who will come to the front of the cage and meet you for pets. He really enjoys chin/neck scratches and will melt into you and fall over to get you to continue petting him. He is a talker, and will chirp at you to get your attention so that you will open his cage and give him attention. Captain would love to have a feline friend in his new home, he is always interested in the other cats and will talk at them as well. He would do best in a home with older children or adults only, as he does still startle easily. Don’t let his grumpy face fool you, Captain is a super sweet boy and would be a great addition to your family.
