Ghosty is a strikingly beautiful stripped 7-month-old tabby. She arrived a feral kitten, scared of humans, and very unsure of life with giants lurking around. After being with us for a couple of weeks she started to realize the giants provided wet food and treats, head scratches and belly rubs, and maybe they weren’t as bad as she once thought. Now Ghosty is excited to see us in the morning, greeting us with loud puuurs. She is still timid of loud startling sounds and movements, but would do great in a home with a feline companion to bond with, she’d sleep well never crossing paths with a canine again. As for kids, she would thrive in a home with older children, and a quiet relaxed home. Ghosty will take time to warm up to her new family, but once she gets to know you her love is addicting. She will climb up into your arms and nuzzle herself under your neck like a scarf. And with winter just around the corner, who isn’t looking for a neck warmer!

Applications can be emailed to qhs@quintehumanesociety.com and a staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment to meet him and complete the adoption process if it is a match.

Adoption fee of $175 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, and four weeks of free trial pet insurance.
