Gunner

|
Gunner is a 7 month old male, Coonhound who was originally found running loose as a stray and no owners came forward to claim him. However through a tip, we were able to get a lot of history about Gunner's past.
Gunner has lived most of his life as an outside dog but he is thoroughly enjoying life indoors, while with us at the shelter.
He will still need to be house trained and crate training is recommended as he has some separation anxiety and can be destructive when left alone. Ultimately, Gunner is still a puppy and will require just as much training as any other puppy.
He has lived with other dogs and cats before. Is typically friendly with newcomers but can be wary of men. He does not like car rides, as they upset his tummy.
Gunner has lots of energy and would love a home with an active lifestyle. He is not recommended in an apartment or a home with young children.
Adoption fee: $400 includes spay/neuter, Bordetella vaccine, first vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment if it was necessary, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free checkup at a local participating vet.
