Harley is a 3-year-old male cat who has been with us for just over a month. Harley was a bit grumpy when he came in but has since settled into life at the shelter. His personality has really come through and when you enter the room you will find him jumping all around his cage trying to get your attention. He really likes getting his pets from the people here. Harley does not really like being picked up, he is tolerant of it for a moment, but would prefer to keep all 4 feet on the ground. He will be best suited to a home with adults and older children. We do not know how he is with dogs, but he would likely do fine in a home with another cat after being properly introduced. Harley would really love it if his new family wanted to take him outside on a harness & leash or if they had a catio for him to hang out in as he would really enjoy getting some safe outdoor time. Harley is such a great cat, and he can’t wait to meet his new family!
Cat Adoption fee of $140 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.
The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop.
