Tune into CJBQ 800 AM to listen live on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:25 AM for Featured Pets and other great information about QHS proudly sponsored by CJBQ, the station that cares about community!
Meet Husk – A handsome independent man looking to settle down in his furever home. Husk is a 6-year-old cat that came into our care as a stray and was not claimed. He is low maintenance except when it comes to food, he will always tell you when it is meal time or when he is hungry! He is a very sweet laid-back cat that would love to be the only cat, or have another laid-back female feline companion with a proper introduction. He loves chin scratches and pets from staff. He is not suitable in a home with young children as he prefers a quiet home. Husk also prefers to keep all four paws on the floor as being picked up is very intimidating for him.
If you are interested in meeting Husk, you can go to our website www.quintehumanesociety.com and fill out an adoption application under the Adoption tab. Applications can be emailed to qhs@quintehumanesociety.com and a staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment to meet him and complete the adoption process if it is a match.
Adoption fee of $175 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, and four weeks of free trial pet insurance.
Items needed: Cat Hidey Houses, Newspaper litter, Hose Nozzles
