Inky is a 3-year-old female black & white cat. She came to us as a stray back at the end of January. She has taken some time to settle in, but she still has some catitude. Inky is the type of cat that wants to do her own thing. She is not mean, but she will nip at you if she feels she is done with being pet. Because of this, she would not do well in a home with children. Inky really just needs a home that understand she is affectionate but on her own terms. She will come to be pet but will let you know that she is done. She is not a cat that enjoys being picked up and cuddled. Inky would like a nice, quiet home where she can just be a cat. She would prefer being the only pet in the home. If you would like to meet Inky, she can be seen at the shelter, 527 Avonlough Road, Belleville.

Inky has a special adoption fee of $60 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.

The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart, Bestie’s Pet Spa & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop.
