Kira is a 5-year-old spayed female. She is black with a small spot of white on her chest. She has some hair loss currently, due to having fleas when she came in. However, she has been treated and the fur should start growing back in time. Kira is a sweet girl. She enjoys a treat of wet food in the mornings when we arrive. She came in with another cat, so she would do fine in a home that already had cats. Kira loves to get attention; she will push herself into you while you are petting her and starts to purr almost right away. The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart, Bestie’s Pet Spa & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop.
