We can’t believe Darling is still here! She is everything her name says, she is sweet as can be. Darling loves attention. She thinks of herself as a lap dog and loves to cuddle and snuggle whenever she can. She has a laid-back personality and is just an overall easy-going dog.

Darling enjoys going for walks with the dog walkers here and playing in the big yard. She LOVES food. She will do anything for treats! She really enjoys beef liver and will automatically sit when she knows you have a piece. She is patient and gently takes the treats from your hand. Darling is a very smart girl, and we are sure she could easily learn some more tricks.

Darling can be vocal and is not recommended for apartment living, as she may be disruptive.

After getting to know Darling, Staff feel as though she would do well with both adults and children. She would need to meet any children living in the home to be sure that they will be friends. Darling would do well with another dog in the home as she is interested in the other canines here at the shelter. They would need to meet here first once an application has been submitted and approved.

One thing Darling does not want in her new home is cats! She was cat tested and did not do well. She will only be adopted into a home without cats.
