Meet Menace! Don't let her name fool you, this gorgeous feline is anything but.

Menace was surrendered to us when her previous family could no longer care for her. She took some time to settle in, Menace was shy and scared, and coming into an unfamiliar place heightened her fear. Our dedicated staff respected Menace and worked at her pace to ensure she was as comfortable as possible. It took about a week for her to settle in and allow us to handle her. Now that she has adjusted to her temporary accommodations this sweet marshmallow fluff's personality has started to shine!

This senior girl is a sweetheart. She loves chin scratches, just be sure to have a kleenex handy because she may drool with content. Like most cats Menace spends a big chunk of her day snoozing, but when she's awake, she's playful and loves cat nip. Her favourite toy here is a beaver cat nip toy. She is very gentle when taking treats from your hand, and is the type of cat who will keep you company during the day, and cozy up beside your pillow at night.

She seems to get along well with other cats who match her personality and low energy. Kitty roommates who are cool, calm, and collected would be ideal for her.

Menace was exposed to female dogs in her previous home, and we feel she would settle with a calm and respectful dog (one who has lived with cats previously and pays them no mind).

We recommend Menace goes to a home with no kids, or older kids (12+).

Menace qualifies for our Senior for Senior program, and will have her adoption fee waived for any adopter over the age of 55.
