For today’s feature, I’ll be spotlighting a few cats currently available for adoption through one of our Community Partners!
PetSmart on Millennium Parkway is hosting a week-long adoptathon, our paws are crossed for a successful event and we hope many deserving animals find new families this week 
!
Let’s start with Hoppity! Her mother is a feral cat who arrived at the shelter heavily pregnant. Hoppity has always known humans as her caretakers and she is very social and lovable because of this. She is a 6-month-old, very playful, kitten! Hoppity would love to be the newly adopted sister to a home with a cat or two. She would benefit from having a feline friend in her new home, and kids sound great too! Because she is young, with time and the proper introduction, Hoppity would settle with a canine companion.
Onto Hera, who was a stray brought in through animal control in early February. She is approx. 1-year-old. Hera sports a coat with beautiful markings, and yes, she is just as soft as she appears! Hera would be successful in a home with another friendly cat, and wouldn’t be opposed to sharing her space with small humans, dogs are unknown.
Last but certainly not least- Tony! He came into care in mid-January. Tony arrived thin and infested with parasites. His days of roaming outside are behind him, and he is loving his new role as a companion animal! Tony is very affectionate, and at 5 years young, still has much pep in his step. He is playful and sweet, and just an all-around good guy! Tony is very easygoing, and is happy to share his new home with felines, children, and cat-savvy canines! He is an endless pit when it comes to kibble, and we recommend a slow feeder to prevent him from inhaling his meals.
These 3 perfect pets are patiently waiting for their forever, all have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, will receive 4 weeks’ free trial pet insurance and some extras from our Community Partners!
