Ray came into the care of HSHPE as a stray with his 2 siblings. His siblings have been adopted and now Ray is looking for his furever family too!

This gorgeous fellow is about 1-year-old with a gorgeous medium hair coat. He is a shy guy and will take time to settle into his new home and may hide at first. Ideally, his new family would have a room where he could get comfortable before being allowed into the whole home to roam free. He can come across as stand-offish, but he is just nervous and does not have a mean bone in his body. He is a real sweetheart once you get to know him.

Having another feline friend in the home would be the absolute best for Ray. He likes other cats and they help him to come out of his shell. Staff have noticed that he is playful with his siblings when he thinks he is not being watched, so he has the potential to be a playful guy once he is settled into his new home. He loves to carry toys into his bed and lay with them.

Ray would be suitable in a home with older children, teenagers or adults. He would not do well in a home with a dog.
