Reggie

Reggie is an approximately 2 year old black and tan male hound mix who came into a local rural pound as a stray and was never claimed.  After his stray period he was transferred to us to help with his adoption.  Reggie is a lovely, sweet and friendly boy who loves people!

He just loves attention and to go for walks. Lots and lots of walks!
He is a very vocal boy when he is on his way outside as he is just SO excited to go for a WALK.

But outside on his beloved walks he is quiet and just enjoys all the smells he finds fabulous.

We do not have any background information on him so we are unsure what he really thinks of cats and children.  He can be introduced to some dogs here at the shelter to find out if he likes them, however, if you own a dog a meet and greet between yours and Reggie here is mandatory.

Reggie’s ideal new home, would be with a family who has someone home frequently to spend time with him…and…you guessed it…WALKS.

Adoption fee: $400 includes spay/neuter, Bordetella vaccine, first vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment if it was necessary, microchip, six weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free checkup at a local participating vet. Please call in advance to ensure he is still available at 613-968-4673. You may take him out for a walk upon approved application, since he is not already fixed, an appointment will be made to be done.

If you're unable to adopt but would like to sponsor an animal to help lower their adoption fee, please inquire by calling the shelter.
