Wisteria came into our care as a stray that was not claimed. She is a young girl at approximately 11 months old, and she has a puppy personality. She is a higher energy dog and would benefit from some obedience training. She is smart and has been learning to sit for cookies. She is highly food motivated, this girl loves her treats! This should make teaching her manners just a little bit easier on her new family, as she will do just about anything for a yummy snack.
She loves toys and loves to play. She is hoping her furever home has someone who is willing to play with her lots. She would love a fenced-in yard where she could run around, burn off some energy and even play fetch with her new humans. Wisteria loves going on walks with the dog walkers here. She can be a bit energetic and pulls at first, but once she is settled she walks nicely and just enjoys herself.
We have not dog tested Wisteria but she shows more interest in being friends through the cage with the male dogs than the females. She has not been cat tested, this could be arranged with an approved application. Due to her lack of training and she can be jumpy at times, we are recommending her new home have only children 10+ years of age.
Wisteria is a lovely girl who loves affection and she cannot wait to meet her new furever family so she can get all the attention she so desperately wants and deserves.
