Arthur is a 6-year-old neutered male. He is cream and white, with medium length hair. Arthur came to us originally from a colony of cats in the Springbrook area. He was adopted within a few days of coming to the shelter originally but was returned, as he was not a good fit for his new home. Arthur is litter trained and has no litter box issues. He will use a scratching post if he access to one. Arthur is a shy guy, and he will take some time to settle in and get used to his new environment and his new family. He is friendly and curious but only wants to be handled on his terms. He will need a person or family who understands that he is still getting used to life as an indoor cat. Because Arthur enjoys the quieter lifestyle, it would be best that he was in a home with no children and no dogs. He is said to be good with other cats, and another cat may just help him learn what it is like to be loved by humans. If you would like to meet Arthur, drop into the shelter at 527 Avonlough Road, Belleville.
