Tigertail's best friend was adopted yesterday, and she is super lonely! She just can't wait to find her new home, and meet a new kitty friend or two! Tigertail is a 4-month-old spayed female. She is a brown tabby with orange flecks throughout. She is a truly beautiful little girl. Tigertail came to us a stray when she was just a 6-week old kitten. She was very afraid and was semi-feral. She went straight into foster care and with the help of another cat, she has come out of her shell. Her new home will need to understand that change is difficult for her, and they will need to be patient as she gets used to her new home as she will probably start off with finding a safe place to hide. Tigertail is still quite shy and can get easily spooked by loud noises and sudden movements. A home that is child free as well as dog free is a must, because both would be very stressful for her. Tigertail’s new home will need to have another feline friend in the home who is very social and can show her what it’s like to live the life of an indoor kitty. She does not like to be picked up, she prefers to come to you and once comfortable will climb into your lap.
