Bumblebee is an approximately 1.5-year-old neutered male. He came in as a stray with some medical issues at the end of January. He has come a long way in just over a month. Bumblebee is a super playful boy, he is always on the go, and loves to have a large selection of toys to choose from. He is affectionate on his terms, and will come to you when he wants to be loved on. He does enjoy a good pet, but then he is on the run again. Bumblebee would do best in a home with older kids, as he can get super rambunctious and will give love bites. He does not like the company of other feline friends, but he seems to really enjoy dogs. He gets very excited when dogs enter the room, and is not afraid of them at all. Bumblebee would like to spend the rest of his time as an indoor only cat. He can’t wait to meet his new furever family!

Cat Adoption fee of $175 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, rabies vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.

The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop. Items Needed: Bleach, toilet paper (for our staff & volunteers), spay shirts for the kitties after surgery, and a rolling spreader, for putting out salt/sand in our parking lots to keep staff, volunteers and our dogs safe.
