Chubby Chewie is a 5-year-old spayed female. She was brought in as a stray in January, and was never claimed. Chubby Chewie is a talkative girl, she chirps at you quite a bit. She LOVES her food and treats. She also enjoys long naps in a comfy bed. She will come to you for pets, she would likely be a good lap cat, but would prefer to come to you on her terms, and would enjoy not to be picked up. Chubby Chewie MUST be the only pet in the home, as she is not a fan of feline or canine friends, and she has met both here at the shelter. Cat Adoption fee of $175 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, rabies vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.

The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop.
