Jesse is an approximately 1.5-year-old male cat. He is a medium hair brown tabby with stunning markings. He is a very handsome gentleman. Jesse is a friendly guy. He enjoys being pet and especially having his chin scratched. He will push himself into your hand to get more attention. He is fine with being picked up and doesn’t mind sitting on your lap. Jesse has lived with adults and children, as well as feline friends. He does not seem bothered by the other cats here at all and would do just fine in a home with another cat after proper introduction. He is not a fan of dogs though, and would prefer there be none in his new home. Jesse can be viewed at the shelter.

Cat Adoption fee of $175 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, rabies vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.

The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop. Items Needed: Small cat scratch boxes or toys (that will fit in our cages), bleach & spay shirts to keep them from licking after surgeries (can be found on Amazon).
