Tune into 95.5 Hits FM to listen live on Saturday mornings between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM for Saturday's Featured Pet and other great information about QHS
Liatris is a 3-year-old, medium haired female. She came to QHS through QW Animal Control back in July. She was very skinny, missing fur and covered in scabs. She is doing so much better medically, you wouldn’t know it is the same cat. Liatris is struggling with life in the shelter as she DOES NOT like other cats at all. She will need to be the only animal in her new home. She would do best in an adult only home, or one with older, cat savvy kids. She can sometimes get over stimulated when being pet and she will give little love nibbles. She is friendly with people and you will find her at the front of the cage, meowing to get your attention. After being on the streets, Liatris would really like to be an indoor only cat, as she is happiest curled up in a bed, taking a nice nap. If you would like to meet Liatris, drop into the shelter at 527 Avonlough road, Belleville, and ask staff about her!
