Pearl is an almost 2-year-old female. She came to us in March and was pregnant. She went to a foster home where she had her babies. They have now been adopted and its time for Pearl to find her furever home. Pearl would do fine in a home with adults and older cat savvy kids. She likes to lick your hands but will give little love nips from time to time. She loves people, and you can find her at the front of her cage waiting for pets. She would like a quieter home with no other animals, as she does not seem to care for them. If you would like to meet Pearl drop into the shelter at 527 Avonlough Road, Belleville.

Cat Adoption fee of $140 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.

The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop. Items needed: Treat balls (the ones that dispense treats when played with), Canadian Tire Money, Clorox bleach, small cat scratch boxes (that would fit into our cages) & kitten canned food (pate variety).
