Rowen is a very handsome medium hair brown tabby white. He is a 5-year-old neutered male. Rowen has been with us for over 6 months now. He has adjusted to life at the shelter, but would really love to have a new home to call his own. Rowen would like a home where he is the one and only. He does not like the company of other cats at all, and has not reacted well when seeing dogs. Rowen would not do well in a home with children. He prefers a quieter atmosphere and adults that understand his need for space sometimes. Rowen is not a cuddly cat. He would prefer to do his own thing and be pet when he asks for it. Rowen has come a long way since being here the last 6 months. He does still have his moments of cattitude but they have become far less. Rowen would love a home with a big window where he could sit and watch the birds & squirrels. Rowen’s Special Adoption fee of $40 includes; Spay/Neuter, first vaccination, general deworming, advantage if needed, microchip, four weeks of free trial pet insurance and a free exam at a local participating vet.

The Quinte Humane Society adopts out cats and kittens onsite at the shelter or from PetSmart & Tropical Gardens Pet Shop.
