Teemo came to us originally as a stray. She was adopted out, but had to be returned because she was not getting along with the other dogs in the home. She has a surrender sheet that can be viewed at the front desk. Teemo is a 2-year-old spayed female Boxer mix. She is mostly white with some brindle patches. Teemo is house trained for up to 8 hours, but is not crate trained. She has been allowed to be off leash in her previous home and has been trained on recall. She also knows how to sit, down and stay. Teemo could still use some obedience training as she is young and full of energy. We are looking for a home with no other dogs, as she does not get along well with them. She would probably do best in a home where she could be the only animal, as she would more then likely chase cats and other small animals. Teemo has lived with male, female adults as well as children. We would like to see her in a home with older children only, as she still has lots of energy, and can be a bit of a bull in a china shop. Teemo has a sensitive stomach, and is currently eating D/D food here at the shelter. It is our recommendation that she stays on this food or something very similar. Adoption fee: $400.00 incl. spay/neuter, microchip, 1st vaccination, bordetella vaccination, 1st deworming, flea treatment (if necessary), four weeks free pet insurance and a free vet exam.
